Is there a loading period for applications? When sending voice messages can you include a text as well? Is there a photo editing applications included out of the box?

im still using the old software version which is 11. now is already 20. how was it and do i need to change to ver. 20?kindly assist.

My Nokia N97, when battery removed, wont get pass the nokia logo if I download something from the Ovi Store. Perhaps I should get a full refund. This is the worst phone I ever bought to think I praised it toooooooooooooooooooooooo much.
