i guess you need to update your phone thru kies before you receive the ota update. ota update is for jb stability only.

i guess you need to update ur cp thru kies first before you receive jb update via ota. ota jb update is for jb stability as stated in update so you need to have jb update thru kies first before you will receive updates.im using jb updates now via ota...
