does the gps work on an outside network except vodafone if unlocked?
because if it doesn't it's still the same phone as w705 if not with vodafone

I always get exited about SE phones when i see the specs, form factor, design, metal finish sometimes...

But then i always remember the proprietary port connector (or a product photo strikes me with this)

Aaargh, that's too bad. Most of the other manufacturers have transitioned to standard USB. I absolutely HATE proprietary ports and the expensive cable rip off. (not to speak of an extra cable for the cable jungle...)

Such a shame! There is nothing to be gained. It can make consumers happy, and reduce production costs. And i've found the SE connectors to be particulary crappy as well (i could live with it, if it were the same quality as my iPod connector)

Oh well, damn and blast! :( :(

this an awesome phone, i would like more people to share the same vision as me of sony. sony ericsson totally rocks :) i love sony!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

W715 comes with Playnow Plus for unlimited music. At elast in Swiss. But only for some operators though :(
