The Yari really is a good phone. I can't complain about much, even though there is something wierd about the phone...the stupid prodictive text. It's just not normal and the word suggestion list that one can't hide, it is so irritating.
WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?????

Maybe they must have a software upgrade available so that some of us can hide the stupid word list, and maybe they can improve on the predictive text feature. After all, there's nothing wrong with the normal T9 that SE has been using all along.

dont compare hazel with yari... yari is far far better than hazel...... the image size is very low in hazel when compared to hazel.... also sound quality is low in hazel....

I am using the mobile since one year, I was faced lot problems with this mobile like buttons not working and when i contact famous customer care (Which can be treat as worrest customer care i ever faced) they given me the mobile after 10 days says problem with the internal card and we replaced the card but same problem i faced for three times, and they replay me that SWETTING (I DONT KNOW HOW ALL OTHER WORKING)entering into the mobile you need to cover the mobile with other covers (OR EVEN SPARES) which are almost not availbale with sony or IN MARKET.

Sony ericsson yari is the best phone which I had used,if it had wi-fi,it is the top phone in sony

It's an excellent phone..
the camera is damn gud..
but coming to battery it's some wat..

Camera comparison(elm/hazel and yari)::- Camera of yari is has better and larger lens and sensor than elm/hazel similar to cybershot 5mp mobile camera. In bright sunny days elm/hazel takes more sharpe and better pictures than yari. But when it comes to indoor or low light condition yari is very good but with some/heavy noise.elm and hazel are almost useless in low light or indoor with very dark photos(we cant see the subject at all) and with very weak led flash no improvement. Also there are orange and blue lines in low light shots in elm/hazel when we increase contrast/brightness in low light. Led Flash is strong in yari. Focusing is faster in yari. Most of the time we dont need flash in low light in yari(with twilight landscape/portrait) . Sometime with led flash in yari closer or macro shots are washed out. Macro or close shots are better in yari with real color. Yari photos are not sharp as elm/hazel and less details in bright lighting condition. But overall yari camera is very good with strong led flash but sometime color and contrast are low.so its better to edit. I can clearly say that yari is low light leader compared to current mobiles in similar category including of nokia and samsung (except n73 n82 n86 n8)..
Video recording is very good but again color are weak. Again in low light where elm/hazel cant see what is in front of it, yari can take video pretty good(with low color and contrast)

yari is 100 times better than w705 and yari bcos of gud luks and superb music player

Wen u say tat it is the problem wit all sony y the hell did u buy sony u shud have buyed some other phone. Sony is and will always be a pioneer in releasing new tech. It released walkman phone and everybody started making music phones. So dont comment about sony.

I HATE THIS FREAKING PHONE. GOSH ITS SO EFFING SLOW ITS ANNOYING ME!!! When i'm texting someone, and another text is coming in, the whole phone will lag for awhile before letting me text again, like wtf? and now the phone has screwed up on me, when i flipped the phone down to lock, it turns either blue, yello or those rainbow curly lines in the whole screen. HATE THIS PHONE, DONT BUY SONY, ITS ALWAYS THE SAME STORY FOR SONY. -____-
