this is the best phone i ever used, compared to nokia, samsung, sony ericsson and lg which i used for the past 4 year. too good this phone... it rocks... contack me on rs_hardware@live.com for more info... i suggest any1 to buy thi phone.

I have the T-Mobile Dash. Have had it for too long. Its the WORST phone, i have ever had in my life. i'm 24 years old, and have gone through a total of 5 cell phones. This phone makes the car phones look incredible.

This phone freezes, for no reason... when I take the battery out to unfreeze it, i turn it back on, and every single text i've sent, received, saved, over the past month or so since the last time it froze, are gone. Gone from existence. The best part about this phone is... there is no best part about this phone. It's a horrible piece of shit. T-mobile has nothing to say except, you'll be due for an upgrade at such and such a time.

If anyone has this phone, or is even thinking about it, save your self the money, and the bullshit, and the annoyance.

whenever i put another sim card,it tells me invalid sim card or no sim found.[lease what do i do?

This phone is horrible! Tech support recommends taking the battery out at LEAST once a day! OK??? I have had this phone for 2 months now it used to connect to my wifi but no more even after hours spent on configuring doesn't work. I signed up for the 24.99 a month no limit web browsing DON"T BOTHER this phone is not capable in anyway to browse and play feeds. I purchased the Data Streamer doesn't work well sometimes for maybe a second You MIGHT get a still picture of the live feed. Tried opera supposed to help but it still couldn't handle I am really in HATE with this phone.

It did tether to a laptop to use as a modem the whole reason I got this model but the connection was so slow its worse than dial up. Not worth it.

this phone was good for the first week then it wen dowhill
when im calling it will mute my call and then unmute a minute later
when i get a text instead of saying who sent it the phone registers it as unknown

I have a dash en run good i use windows mobile CE
the bad is the battery die so fast 24 hour without listen music.I want to know what is the most big memory that can i use it?

This phone works well at times. It lags and the battery isn't the best. It turns off automatically, and the battery dies pretty fast, so I have to charge it often.

However it still does an outstanding job, getting email, surfing the web. (not html browser) Office documents. Free upgrade upto WinMo 6.0 on T-Mobiles web site.

I have the black version of the dash. Anybody know how to put AIM6.0 on the phone? The AIM that came with the phone is almost like AIM express...I can't make my own away mssgs or check ppl's info

i had a blackberry that just gave out - so, i called & told them to send me a compatible one ... this is the one they chose for me ... was it a bad choice ? please advise - i'm kinda skeptikle ... tkx
