My T mobile dash3G IMEI 358991021209554 it shows on the screen (the layout you have selected cannot be loaded. Please select a different layout using the Home Screen item in settings) i can't play mp3,videos,wallpeper,ringtone.

from gh luks smart from out side but total bad on the inside .dont take much apps,poor to use ,not innovasious to custormer,poor software apps,less productive and entertianing and upgrade very difficult.this phone is just not consumer frndly we dnt need it in africa.

infact dash_3G is one of the useless phones i have ever used my money for
no better apps

I tried downloading the whatsapp application on my T-mobile das3G mobile phone but it was stated that this file cannot be view on this device.please i need your help.
