i want to know about the GPS. do you need a data p. to work the gps map and direction? or it like the singel GPS system like TomTom est,(no sim card needed)
and how is the 3.1 camera good? i got wing and dash it suck.

yes, t-mo version of TP2 has WiFi. i have the phone in my hand and the wifi works great!

Does any notice on the T-mobile USA website, the listed of the Features of TP2 it doesn't a Wi-Fi!? it supposed to have it I wonder why its not mentioned in the features!

The last i heard there were some software compatibility issues between t mobile and HTC (i.e idiots at t mobile cudn't get their skin to work on the phone!) and t mobile said they were now NOT releasing the phone in UK. Almost perfect. its way too heavy though. the depth is great for my skinny jeans but it will be like a heavy brick.

No other web site or T-Mobile UK have confirmed that the MDA Vario V for the UK will be released on August 17th. All indicate this model has been dropped.

And so we all know, Aug. 12th is the confirmed RD. And the phone is called the HTC Touch Pro2.
Can we get some actual pics of the US model up there instead of those mockups?

The MDA Vario V for the UK will be released on August 17th, for online and retail for T-mobile. However, Vodafone already have the phone out now retail and online for purchase as of now
