It think the battery sucks too much and it's very bad. Aside from that I recommend this phone to you out there that it's a good phone, you just have to take very good care of it and it will last for you.

My problem with this phone is the SDcard, things downloaded can not be save automatically on the SDcard. And it's very bad u need to see to it.

Don't buy this phone it sucks!!! Its camera is all jacked up ands it doesn't have good resolution .. if I could afford a better phone iwould get one but this shit sucks

I am on my THIRD T-Mobile Prism from WalMart. And its not rebooting like the previous two.

So a little patience and persistance pays off.

I like wi-fi calling with my T-mob Sim card.
I got it unlocked and can use it on AT&T with
my 3rd party SIMs.
I use it with PTel WITHOUT it being unlocked.

As typical you need to mess with the APN if you're
using it with other vendors.

Its a little slow but you get what you pay for it and I paid under $100.

I got this phone and I there is NOTHING WRONG WITH IT! You just have to take care of it. You can't throw it around and be rough with it. It works fine for me.

I would like to point out a flaw on this website. The t mobile prism also comes in red. I should know. I have a red one. And you can make your phone faster by turning off the animated widgets option in the setting

i was very dissapionted with this model. It is slow and unfunctional. Most of the apps you would hope for are "not compatible with the device" It has poor battery life and you will need to replace the battery often. My company supplied me with this device and i had never had so many complants in my life, i luckily dont pay for it but for $70 a month it is NOT worth it. The camera takes awful pictures and doesnt have a flash.

Have read elsewhere that once the microSD card was removed, the phone stopped rebooting. You may also want to try a different branded micro SD card.

Lousy battery life, 24 hours standby for me. Hauwei support is awful. Avoid their products.

I bought one from Best Buys and after pulling my hair out for 3 months, they concluded it is defective. The phone keeps rebooting of its own accord. I went on the TMobile website and looked at user reviews and found many other people have a TMobile Prism with the same defect. They were not lucky enough to get their money back. I returned mine for a replacement; the replacement Prism was defective too! - with the same problem. I am going to try and get a full refund with Best Buy. DONT BUY ONE!
