> In reply to Whiteknight @ 2009-07-16 06:30 from 48UfWhen your sidekick loses power, and your contacts, music, videos, etc loses too, dont worry, coz it will be placed back in a brief moment. If in case this happens, call customer care and be xferred to sidekick dept for assistance, Copy important infos on your memory card alsofor better protection.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2009-11-12 02:30 from LGwPsidekick phones are exclusively for tmobile subscribers only, which means it can only work with a tmobile simcard. Unlock code is not available for the phone as well.

Terrible Terrible Terrible phone. Id reccomend a gravity over this because you dont have to pay for the data package and it has a full keyboard. Why would you make a phone that if it losses power you lose everything?!? Goodbye contacts, music, pictures, call log, messages, and everything else, plus you cant bluetooth any other device. The G1 or any blackberry is better than a sidekick simply because of initial price and the price to run it is the same, However you get a whole lot more. Grade F-

Sharp is very good, but this model is not a high-end device, Sharp can produce VERY HIGH-END phones, with 8, or 10 Megapixel camera, big screen, Symbian OS.
I hope I will see a super phone in Europe like in Japan, exemple Toshiba want to expend to the world it's super phones.

Pros: Can customize your own themes and shells. Doesn't break very easily.

Cons: MUST buy your own ringtones, web service is slow, gets crappy reception, doesn't always ring/alert when it should, sometimes shuts off on its own, freezes too much.

Other comments: I would recommend looking for something different than this phone. It's not even worth the T-Mobile contract price. Worst phone I have EVER used!

It says that videos are playable in MP4 format. This is in-correct as the only videos playable on it are .3GP
