This phone is a mutant. I make custom roms for it at xda and it doesn't like any init.d scripts that alter its app storage.

I can't wait to upgrade and chuck this Frankenstein of a phone into a river.

do not buy this phone
it is a half baked pos

the keyboard is retarded
they made the space bar tiny and removed three alts
for shiz like smileys
question mark key(witch could be done with an alt)
has two shifts and search keys (redundancy much ?)
the buttons feel horrible and are positioned wrong

when you have the phone in landscape
the jack position is in the way
the volume rocker is upside down
the camera lens is obscured

in media room room the keyboard is not used to search for items until you pressed a search button
then touched the search bar
and it is a useless filter anyway

No, you CAN'T use EVERY PHONE ANYWHERE in the World!

Depends on radio frequencies and CDMA vs. GSM, so, next time, think before you write....

My sidekick is a piece of crap, it freezes several time daily and I'm constantly force closing apps.t mobile has admitted the phone is out dated and not a good phone but they refuse to replace it unless I get another sidekick. I have been a customer of t mobile for over 9 years and I am considering breaking my contract and going somewhere else.
