i just got my phone and when i go on a certain i con it say i must sign in but iam not understanding how iam suppose to go about that oh and it says i mut register my device i no i have to put in some kind of 10 digit number but i do not no were iam suppose to find it ???

Danger shut down the data service for all these phones, excluding the 4G (Because it operates with Android)In other words No internet for u guys xD

My friend and I have recently purchased a T-Mobile Sidekick LX 2009 model. I am using Optus while my friend is on Telstra. We are both able to make and receive calls and send and receive text messages, but we can not access the internet. When we first turned our phones on, we did not get the option to register our mobile phones and now we are unable to change any privacy settings. If anyone knows how to resolve this problem please tell me. We have just spent the last hour or so navigating around the T-Mobile site looking for answers, but we were unsuccessful. Thanks heaps!

try restning the phne. . with a paper clip or sme pin at the back of the phne. threr is a reset button
