two cons: 1. no wifi; 2. the volume for earpiece is way too loud. say, even level 1 is a little bit too high for my eardrum, which really suffers from it. and level 0, you can't hear nothing.
overall it's a good phone, good mp3 player with excellent quality.
some guy asked here before said that there were no continous music playing. to play (and to listen to) music continously, do NOT go to file, go to music->albums instead

No WiFi but still get what paid for. Screen not sensitive yet it's still reasonable due to its resisitve not captive design. Anyway good for a touch screen non-smartphone

I just got this phone and it is great. I do not see all the problems that people have with it. I mean the keyboard is easy to do. I like the small phone.

OMG... this phone is very good it doesnt act slow its fast and easy but the keyboard like they say it is very had to txt but for some people you have 2 get use 2 it. im getting this phone before the week is over.

My phone is a mytouch and if this had come out first, I wouldn't have necessarily made the android switch. That being said, the only drawback is that it does't have android but the data plan IS cheaper for this phone

Hi my name is josh and im a owner of the t-mobile Tap. Well im just gonna say its a very slow ass phone, when u text it takes its sweet time,the web browsing is very very slow...i never had that problem with my blackberry. AND I DID SPEND MY MONEY ON A PHONE THAT WASNT WORTH IT...If i could find a new software for it and its fast then i would get it dont hold back! L8ER
