it has Im for all instant messengers, it has a radio its inexpensive, and i like mine lol

okay so im thinking about getting this phone for my birthday, but i was looking on youtube at what people think about it and i was wondering if its any good! because i seen where when you turn it on it takes a min. and i hope the whole phone aint slow!, is it?

I do not see the "IM" section in the messaging menu. So I guess this does not have AIM although T-mobile's site says it does. Do I need to have the data feature active in order to view this?

This phone does NOT have Wi-Fi. At least my Canadian Wind Mobil version. (which is the same anyway). It's an ok phone, but there are better. For 90 bucks off Wind Mobile, it's worth it though.

Hello. I just got the Tap last night, and I relatively like it. Although I can not for the life of me figure out how to enter a new word into my t9 dictionary. can anyone please help me?

Frustrating, slow, unresponsive, and a pathetic excuse for an interface is how I felt when I first pulled the phone out of the box. 1 week later, I'm used to the slow response for txting, and have to use a stylus for accuracy. Relatively simple, user friendly phone, but annoying as hell when it comes to the screen lock and how the hell do I enter my SIM unlock code when the digit display doesn't prompt on boot-up?! All in all, I expect more from a $130 phone, even if it is from Wind Mobile, Toronto, CA.

At first a little confused / dissatisfied. Now that I'm using it more and more fimilar, think it's a great phone if one understands what it is.
Afterall,it's not a i-phone, nor does it cost as much. T-Mobile Customer Service /Tech Support were great to walk me through and answer my questions.
Like it a lot

this phone sucks BAD. the keyboard is to slow so it makes it look like you can type very annoying and the keyboard locks when making phone calls i hate it do not waste your money.

crappy phone. Got from Wind in Canada.
keyboard locks while you're talking...so to enter an extension, or "1" for messages for instance you have to press the unlock button, then he the keyboard key to display a keyboard, then usually it types an asterisk by mistake so you have to delete that then press whatever you need to move forward with your call.
Voice quality is not great...etc.
USB link to computer but only Windows, not Mac.
It's going back to store this weekend.
