TelMe went bankrupt last year. Regarding the firmware update, it is possible only through IR using actisys USB to IR adapter. Also you had to have a newer hardware revision to be able to use the latest firmware. I have an older phone that was flashed anyway and it freaks out every now and then :)
This was on the right track though. :-(
If someone has the latest PC software please post it somewhere, I didn't download it from the www.telme.cc and how the site is gone.

t919 is good.How do I get the driver for the computer to recognise the USB port so I can save music to play mp3?

I have the same problem with the battery. It lasts only about 24h. Does newer firmware solve this battery consumption problem?. Is there any other english sites besides the locked www.telme.at. Locking that site really pisses me off.
Can I update firmware via USB? I got some new firmware from some austrian site but these sites are in German so I cant understand anything about the instructions.

MMCreader and MP3 player do work fine.
Check that you have inserted MMC correctly. Music has to be saved in MMC to folder named musicMMC. Then the MP3´s appear in your MP3 player.
Pictures have to be stored in a folder named picturesMMC etc.
These folders are automatically created when you connect yor phone to your computer VIA USB and your MMC is correctly inserted in your phone.

Im one of the bewildered new owners of the T919. how do I get the multimedia card? why does the battery run down every 24hrs? how do I get the driver for my USB? why does the TelMe site demand password when buyers were not given? questions, questions, questions

I have the phone. The phone doesn't do all the manufacture claims it does, the memory is very low, pictures cannot be transfered to a PC, the MMC reader doesn't work neither does the MP3 player. As far as I am concerned it is just an advanced toy. I am waiting for the T919i to see if it would be better

The telme919 gsmphone is a master piece,and very fine.But i want know if some one can download from or to the phone.e.g personnel tones from other phone makers.

i have my t919 phone given by my uncle abroad. the only thing i have a problem is i have no manual at all on how to use all the menu of this phone. Can u help me to know exactly the all abouts of this phone? Im in the philippines, and i taught ive the only one who have this phone. Can u help me please?

Please, i cannot find anywhere to by an IR adapter on serial port, so i cannot update firmware on my T919. Is there any way that i can update in over USB IRDa because i really need that software update. My phone usualy hangs, expecialy when requesting a contact from phonebook, i cannot use an MMC because it cant detect it (hangs again) so that means i cant use my mp3 player. (and the telme.at web page is locked, so i can not access it)

I am one of the few "proud" owners of this product in Nigeria. T919 is good except that it hangs so often; to which you have to remove the battery and reinsert again. I think this has to do with operating software problem. There should be option for updating the operating software. And if there is, you can contact with via my email address.
