Why the hell did Toshiba not announce this at MWC?

I very reluctantly bought Galaxy 7.7 which only has dual core and repelling TouchWiz.

It gives me shivers to think about going through the hellish Android upgrades with Samsung which are always delayed and comes with tons of bugs. Still no ICS on 7.7 and they abandoned Samsung Galaxy S users.

I hope Toshiba learns people want the latest pure and stable Android on their devices not self flattering bloatware like TouchWiz, Sense etc.
