I liked this fone for ages but not may votes and that put me off,,it is that price at expansys for a good while and may be tempted now cause of the offer...You Tube has videos and it seemed fine to me..Toshiba have been a top make for years and my cousin always buys their laptops..Are Toshiba Japanese company pr Taiwan??

I have bought this device last Sunday for RM999.00. So far no major complaint. Speed wise as expected is considered slow by todays standard. However, I was previously using an Eten M600 and in comparison there was no significant difference in performance. Bear in mind this G910 is running on WM6 so that drains performance as well.
Overall feature are wonderful. You get almost every features currently available plus fingerprint scanner which is quite cool. You can't get anything else at this price. Screen resolution is wonderful. Now using office application becomes genuinely useable. The clampshell design also suits my usage.
Minor complaint is that the speaker volume is a bit too low for both calls and ringer tones emitted. Still, I could live with that. Battery life is just okay but drains dramatically when GPS was used. This is similar to other devices with GPS as well.

There are many negative feedbacks about this mobile, but Toshiba has released ROM(firmware) update recently, which has rectified almost all software bugs. For this price u wont get a better deal than this. Hardware spec and Windows Mobile 6 make this a real deal.

i don't care what people said about the design, the price per performance is really nice, and anyone that said otherwise are welcome to prove me wrong, try to find the same spec smartphone with almost the same price, coz i ain't paying extra $100 or $200 for design :D

I bought the G910 also in Portugal. During 2 months this device broke 3 times. The problems was the same that you refer. Unfortunelly the only solution was replace this mobilphone by a Nokia E71.
