Dear God, why would they put a 1000mAh battery in ther with a 1GHZ CPU? Even my Touch HD, whoich has a 528MHZ CPU, I think, has a 1350mAh battery. This thing wouldn't last a day.

I hope that Toshiba learns from the imminent and inevitable failure of this device, and the successor will be a more pocketable device with capacitive touchscreen...

what an absolute bunch of whiners.... those of you that are all moaning about this phone having a WM OS should just get a flipping grip. You don't like the phone, dont buy it. Most people love Windows Mobile purely for the fact that they are comfortable with it and know their around it. Everyone has their own tastes and each OS has its pros and cons but listening to some of you guys, makes me think that the majority here are just complete babies who like throwing their teddies out of the pram if they dont get their way.
You want Android, there's plenty of phones that offer an Android OS, same goes for Symbian. You want an iPhone, go and get one...

Impressive specification. Toshiba should launch with Windows 6.5.

This phone has a 1ghz snapdragon processor. In terms of power, it should put every other phone in the shade when released-can't wait!

> In reply to FrankPr @ 2009-05-29 16:16 from StvH - click to readok! it doesn't have any stylus slot!!!!!!!!
but it's a touchscreen phone and should have stylus.
but where should i put the stylus?????
in my pocket? like samsung omnia with no stylus slot...
and it's a shame that it doesn"t have flash for camera.
means that no chance for a good photo or film in the dark places.

Any danger of someone either writing a comment in English? (grammatically correct would also be a huge plus...) Looking forward to seeing this device to see if it's any real challenge to my HTC Touch HD - I am surprised that it's not going to ship with WM6.5 though - still, I'm assuming that it'll be a free upgrade within a very few months.
Anyway...back to the illiterate childrens incredibly informed, articulate and razor sharp 'opinions'
