This phone is tooll!!!
The whole 1 GHz the man, this phone only needs to four things, video recording, flash, 3g that can work in the U.S.A. and a instant messenger, Other than that this phone is tool.

This is sweet. Definitely a MID to watch out for. Competition is getting stiffer and stiffer between these touchscreen phones. The only thing that is sort of a turn off about this phone is winmo. Android, Symbian, OSX, and lately Palm OS are the ones getting impressive attention, but we'll see how this one fares with all of them. Nice, really nice.

battery can barely last 24hours, however 1ghz processor is a huge compared to all other mobiles. I would still prefer touch hd

Toshiba please keep price reasonable acceptable to many in the world. Then u wil rock n beat HTC idiots who r unjustly keeping high price for their devices. Thanks in advance to one who convey this message to toshiba.

The battery can't last long due to 1 GHz processor (higher frequency, higher power consumption, high heat). The screen and size of phone is too big to be kept comfortably in hand, strange and embarrassing for a cell phone used daily. The success of screen stands in its sensitivity to finger touch, that may be a success just with a capacitive screen as iPhone has versus most of WinMo equipped with plastic flexible screens, with low prediction to get the input and owing to flexible screen from plastic have a dull, opaque image.

this is just awesome....out of the world...big time iphone killer... apple must b feeling shy now...infact nokia(5800,n97) n sony x1 too must b feeling shy haha..hope the price is good...rock on toshiba.

if this unit has 16M colors PLUS developers for iphone apps will also make apps for this phone.. Then this is definitely the iPhone killer.

samsung, nokia and HTC killer as well =D

no not imperfect but important ........... imperfect for nokia n96 260 mhz but toshiba 1000mhz....where nokia and where toshiba

oh no. wat marvelous specification. is this the n97 n X1 buster? It sure sounds attractive. I can't wait to see full specification n get my hands on it.

(ADDITIONAL INFO: fone is really huge on the hands n pocket. one point down.)
