There is no Chinese language in 803 to show SMS. Is there a Chinese Language Kit available, or a traslation software available to be downloaded to handle SMS in Chinese ? Please help and let me kown in detail.

hi everyone,
i am having trouble transfering music files too. a file becomes .tbd after being trnasferred to mini sd. i have followed the instruction i have read on this community but it still doesn't work. i hope someone can help me. thank you in advance for your help.

i've been using this phone for four month now.
1) the phone is perfect for me, mp3 is easy to use, just don't connect that with the usb to transfer songs. i put my minisd card into my computer to transfer songs.
2) minisd card is up to 1gb, not 2gb
3) one big issues, when connected bluetooth headset with the phone. when people call, it will have no ringtone. you have to wear your bluetooth headset all the times.

my vodafone 803t doesn't work the mp3 i tried a lot to work the mp3 but it doesn't work i follow the intstruction on the cd. i used the beat engine to transfer the mp3 from PC but after that the mp3 became .tbd what can i do guys? any idea about this problem... thanks...

i have this fone too...
the trick is, load up beat box engine, go into tools, then settings, put in ur phone number, remember to include the 1, then drag and drop into the first window, then transfer with the middle button... also, nothing over 192 kbs bit rate will work..hope that helps

i brought this phone the other day and i was trying to put mp3 in the memory card and i also tried to use the cd rom that came with it but neither of them worked.
could someone tell me the process of moving mp3 files from the pc to the mini sd and mp3 from the pc using the software provided which is called beat engine

I have a SanDisk, 128 mb, but that doesn't matter, because it won't play files from its memory either. Maybe it only plays original mp3's or something, and not pirated music.

rizla : wat u mean by wat kind of files ? do u mean music files or tx files ?
n70 is a smartfone , it allows u 2 add n remove software in ur fone , but 803 has better music n camera functions. if u want 2 buy a nokia smartfone , go 4 n80 or wait a little longer until n73 n n93 release

Great phone, video file can use for ringing, great video recording, super mp3, bluetooth, irda, great photos, I am speachless.

I didn't try to use the mp3 player at first, but when i did, i couldn't. It doesn't see the mp3s that I put on the card, only very few, which can't be played. Does anyone know why? Does it have a limitation of some sorth? Do the mp3s have to be original or something in order for it to see and play them?

2 a2yd : sorry i shud make the point dat 902t n ts921 is a lil bit different cos the japanese version doesnt support mp3 playback .only the 903t or newer does . n no1 had yet solved dis problem

I have a question I'm on a 902t and I'm using the beat engine software. For some reason it won't transfer, do you have to use a miniSD card, because I"m on a standerd SD. Any help be appricated

mp3 ringtone is possible , but u wil need 2 get it unlocked 1st . orelse the easy way is 2 convert mp3 in2 mmf format , which is simple 2 do . some ppl think the fonebk is a mess jus cos they arent used 2 the japanese style , but myself i was a nokia user , at the beginning it was like hell, but quickly got used 2 it :)
