In Vertu's official site there was an only one model releated with Ferrari for past 4 years - Ferrari 1947. And what you call fixing a Vertu? There is no reason to do it at all, they all have warranty. Never heard about a man fixing a Vertu... Because all of them are qualified craftsman working in Vertu in UK or Germany :-)

Best designed Vertu. (One with brown leather, and light ceramic pillow) Its performance is its quality, just like Nokia. You may use HTC or Motorola V3i or Samsung with more mexapixels than Olympus camera, but Nokia 8910 or 6100 is more comfortable and trusted for making calls. Cause it looks and works like a mobile phone and accessory not like a Batman gadget. Vertu is not a mass produced product as you know, so dont call Concierge cervice useless, there are men who uses it, and so i spend about a 50-70$ a month on such services.

i don't know about the quality but it is one ugly phone.beter get a htc....thats quality design and no.1 functions

mimi: truly nerdy comments. Do some research before posting these kind of comments, especialy about the quality. Just look up the materials its made from. I used many cheap plastic phones other the years, but this thing is HAND made to last. It is a basic phone at its best!

I have owned a genuine Vertu Ascent for the last few months and thought I would have my penny’s worth as it seems that people are quick to judge but have no idea what quality means. I need a phone, not a camera, music player, pda or any other gimmicks that are used to show off rather than function. Unfortunately it seems that a culture of get as much as you can for as little as you can is the new standard for most people but I was taught that if you can’t afford to buy with cash, you can’t afford it. This automatically leads on to; buy the best you can afford.
This is a phone that is built to the highest standards and will still be going after many other phones have died a death. It does what I want it to do, make and receive calls, no more, no less.
I also have a Rolex left to me by my father. He owned it for 15 years and I have owned it for the last 5. 20 years old, still going strong and no doubt will outlast me.
This is why people pay for quality. It last

I ordered one ascent ferrari from LUX REPLICA websait, i paid WU all thhe money as requested. I wait 5 days before i get Fed ex tracing nr. add this was not online, i send least 10 e-mails to get some information but LUX REPLICA people not answer. This was 10.07.2008 when i ordered my phone, and today i dont have my phone. DO NOT TRUST LUX REPLICA WEBSAIT, THIS SAIT IS REAL SCAM !!!

let them enjoy the fruits of their labor.

for us, who, probably will never experience the luxury they're enjoying, we always want to maximize our money's worth with features and freebies. we will not pay for something that is so expensive yet offers few things.

what we dont know, they might be satisfied even if its just basic sms, mms, email thingy, but for personal reasons or satisfaction, they buy these stuffs.

so there...

anyways, phones with too much features might possibly make an employee less productive (:P).but im waiting for n96, im a pda-phone user, id like to try something new and fun.

Vertu ascent Ferrari edition is brilliant.
Specially the ENZO series.

its so easy to repair this phone just like fixing Nokia phones, Even it's having a complicated flexi.

In my dreams i will buy this phone.
In reality, i preffer to buy a N6300 phone.

I agree with the comment below me (JR)..if you can't afford this phone don't buy it, if you don't like it because it doesn't have enough features for you just don't buy it once again..However, I don't understand why you have to judge people who do buy these phones..the only reason that comes to my head is jelousy!
