is a bad phone made in ? no user manual

No user manual at all.
I'd say this is made in China.
How one is supposed to use it?

When I try to connect to Internet it says Insufficient Memory. Why? I have no contacts, messages, or photo's or anything. This is straight out of the box. What gives?

i brought the r23but it did not came with the manual,ibeen trying get it but at the moment nobdy knows about the manual.

this is hands down the greatest phone i have ever had. its slim design allows me to take the phone anywhere i go. i now have no issues leaving the rugged landscape that i work in to the glitz and glamour of an ever changing night life. the phone can go anywhere.
the phone also gives me the protection that i need. its durability is second to none and -if heaven forbid- i find myself in a dier situation then i have my phone.
also the great java apps on here keep me entertained no matter what situation i find myself in.
thank you VERYKOOL for creating such a great phone .
