totaly fail ...price to high ..vivo make fool to people....in this mobile only camera is good...
Xiaomi Note 4 has been released in India with 4 gb ram , 64 gb internal and SD625 chipset at Rs 12999/-. Only a naive will buy a Vivo v5 plus at this price (Rs 27000/-) . Goodluck Vivo . You could make the price little higher.
Priced very high especially here in India. I think One Plus 3T is a better choice for 1000 bucks more. Isn't it ?

Launched in India today at sky high, crazy & absurdly high INR 28K, buying Vivo V5Plus makes no sense to me. When we get the more performance oriented Vivo V3Max for just INR 19K who will even think of buying V5Plus?
This phone is only for selfie freaks with dual front camera and no microSD card support.
the vivo v5 phone is very very good and superb phone and like that we are expecting vivo v5 plus will be much more better
RishiGuru, 19 Jan 2017Totally disappointed. It seems Vivo from last year is following the same path of releasing the... moreAfter watching GadgetMatch unboxing of Vivo V5Plus on YouTube, I discovered the biggest con of this device apart from low performance Snapdragon 625 SoC.
NO OPTION TO USE MEMORY CARD IN VIVO V5 PLUS!!!
While V3Max came with high performance Snapdragon 652 SoC and 32 GB internal memory, it also gave us the freedom to extend memory size upto 256 GB with microSD cards increasing total memory to 288 GB. But with V5Plus you are stuck with 64 GB internal memory ONLY which will give you roughly 55 GB of usable space!!! So heavy multimedia centric users like me will always stay away from V5Plus.
At INR 28K, I will never buy this V5Plus for following reasons:
1) Crazy overpriced at INR 28K. Should cost INR 17K max.
2) I have Vivo V3Max which is better than V5Plus in every which way.
3) I am not a selfie freak.
4) It has no expandable storage and I desperately need one with my huge collection on lossless audio FLAC files.
elr, 22 Jan 2017Maybe they try to recover from money spent on their advertising.dnt buy this phone. i think the vivo mobile looking for ony selfi camera. last 1 month b4 they launch v5 ie very waste phone now they are looking for peoples money bag that's why they are launching new models with in a month. They are focus camera but the quality of frnt and rear camera also very bad due to the f2.2. they dnt knw how improve the camera. simply they told 20+8 mp camera. why this need . i think this is waste of money
vivo v5 is a good phone and its camera and music also good .
iPhone 7 and 7 Plus rip-off design concepts! What a shame for smartphone nowadays.
No OIS for front and rear cameras. No autofocus for front camera.
