I have a vk mobile and i have left it for a few months.Until the other day when i went to london i wanted to take it so i went and pit it on charge then i tried to turn it on but it is just not working please can someone help me!

I have a vk1100 but lost the softwAare for it. the only reason I need it is that I have a little video clip of my mum on it and she passed away last May. I am about to change the phone and would love to get the 20 second clip as a keepsake. Can anyone help me please

I bought my Vk1100 almost a year ago and found it pretty basic. I find it good with calls and texts but it has no bluetooth and I never figured out how to record sound. It looks neat and it's nice and small though. The camera isn't brilliant too. I do reccomend it for a very basic phone for some1.

I bought this phone coz i need a small one (ride a m/bike pocket space lmtd)Altho it looks great i can't get a signal in any builiding other than home!predictive text is useless the silent vibration dont work it needs to be swithed on at alll times which means you have to listen to the keypad and folder tunes every time you use it or miss important phone calls. when sending more than 2 pages of text people dont recieve them, if they do they arrive at diffrent times and not in order, some days later .its incompatible with any of the songs i wanna download i checked the virgin site thats says its incomptaible with everythin!! Dont even think of ussing the camera it takes pics but they are so blurred they aint worth keepin. but for 40 quid (no £ sign)wot dya expect. my old phone was basic +it had no camera but it was somuch better than this pity i dropped it in me beer..virgin aren't interested in helpin out either wont be buyin their stuff again +ive always beeen with them...

Hey people, i bought this phone from a friend but the battery was broken and i am having a new one sent to me by the wekkend. i like the look and feel of it , but i want to know how easy and how to put music on the mp3 player. can anyone help me please. thanx guys and girls. \gareth x.

please help have down loaded VK laucher for VK1100 and have USB cable but still cannot get it to work , any help would be great would like to get some tunes on the phone

I returned my VK 1100 to my phone shop as unfit for purpose and got a much better 1 even though it had been reconditioned

hi i also have this phone has anyone found the drivers yet! i bought a cable and downloaded pcsync from vk website but still cant get it to work. vk were even unable to help. please email me if you have the solution thanx

Needs charging every 2-3 days. Predictive text is rubbish - not a very user friendly phone at all. Waste of money.

I bought this phone purely because I thought it would be good for texting. I was wrong - it is slow, the predictive text is rubbish and there isn't even a £ sign! It seems to need charged every 2-3 days and I have lost numerous texts into cyberspace!

Ive just bought this phone and a cable from the internet but it needs a driver and im really not sure where to get one from either. I really want songs on it because it is such a nice phone. Please help.

Does any one know where i can get a USB cable for my VK 1100 so that i can put music on it? On the internet the VK 1100 does not seem to exist???

hi there,ive had a few problems with this phone such as mp3 player and video sound.
Does any1 no about the sound on the video recorder . Because whenever i video something and play it back-i can never hear the sound. please help!!
