omg i got dis fne ages ago n av jst learnt how 2 put mp3 songs on it.... now im avin trouble selectin mp3 songs as my ringtone can any1 tel me how i can do it... thnxz

Ok, erm try searching for the removable device in 'my computer' or something. If the PC didnt make a noise when you plugged the phone in and didnt come up with a message it may still of recognised it.
Bet your getting a little bit annoyed!!

When your computer has recognised your removable device, right-click on the removable device window and you should get a small window which has a 'send to' instruction. Hover over the 'send-to' and then click desktop to create a short-cut. Now with the phone set up and plugged in, go to 'my computer' then 'my music' where you should of put some music in there. Have that screen up, move it to one side and hold down on a track and drag it into the short cut. Or, try right-clicking the song and select copy, then right-click on paste on your short-cut.

If you have problem's with your phone call the helpline number!!!!!! They guided me on how to put mp3 songs on my mobile!!!

H,
Not sure why your phone's not coming on but when it's charging a small picture of plug comes up on screen and when it has finished charging will show picture of full battery

Just got my pink vk200 and can't even get it to switch on. Doesn't even appear to be charging ist this the first of many problems?

where does the charger plug in my son has given me his phone while he has gone to iraq and i cant for the life of me find the socket on the phone? please someone help me before i pull all my hair out????

i have tried both the copy and paste and the sync on media player to put mp3s on but when i get them on teh phone they don't play only the title and 0:00 come up what am i doing wrong

To find out if your songs are mp3 songs, write click on them in 'My Music' which is is 'My Computer'. Go to properties and it should say something like mp3 audio file

My friend has the motorola design and personally i think my phone ( this vk200) is better. The colour screen is nicer, it has mp3, song quality is good, camera is about the same and it's smaller and more stylish!!!!!!!

For those of you who think VK stole Motorola design, you're wrong. VK came up with this design first, but gave it to Motorla for marketing purpose. They wanted to target customers who wants to have proven famous Motorola design but at much cheaper price. Part of their marketing strategy to settle in U.S. market.
