this phone is rubbish i have had it almost 2 years but the video has no sound. the mp3 player is so quiet i can barely hear it. the camera has bad quality. the phone has rubbish memory and can only take a cirtain type of sd card and my phone crashed that card :( and now my phone charger isnt working proporly.
in my opinion if you want a phone dont buy this one!!!!!

bought my 10year old daughter this fone,how wrong was i,its rubbish,it wont even switch on,she has ad it less than a year,she is heart broken,im now saving to get her another fone,and i wont be getting the same make.

This fone sucks, ive had it for almost a year and its rubish the only good things i can say about it is rhat u can text u can make cxalls and it dosnt break if you drop it. the bluetooth dosnt work theirs no sound on videos the camras shocking, basicaly if you want a phone for nothing more thsn calls and texts buy this phone (or get one for a tenner that dose the same) if u want it for the features like me ur screwed. also its impossible to connect to the computter dose any1 kbow how???

absolutely shocking .. im getting rid of it i do not know why they were made to be honest .. who ever made these phones dont deserve any credit at all for them! nothing works on then . to be honest i regret getting it at first when i saw it in the shops i thoughts it looked really good but as soon a s i got it last christmas i wanted rid of it because it is crap!! i cant wait to get a new one this christmas im getting the way better lg! and i am never geting no phone of this type again it will just be a waste of money and a load of rubbish! the video sound dosent work .. the memory is shoking i onli have 2 songs and 48 pics on it! the bluetooth stopped working after about 2 months and the shops cannot fix it! and im not paying for it to be fixed because it wil only go crap again theres no point .. overall i totally hate this phone and the sooner i get a new one the better!! .. to be honest i would rather have a gigantic nokia with no bluetooh! .. infact a fake phone would be better! as soon as i get my new phone im throwing this one out of the window!!

had it 4 almost a year nd tbf dis fone is crap!!! no sound 4 video,rubbish battery,bad alarm nd,crap memory shockingly bad camera!! dno why in the hell i bought it not bt am gettin rid of it in a few days....getting the WAY betta sony ericsson w580i

I Think its shocking to be honest .. i got this phone jus under a year ago .. when i take videos .. it plays back but with no sound! i dont know how you can get it on iv tried everything so obviously it dosent. When i set my alarm it dosent even go off .. iv checked my time and thats right and everything! .. this phone is absolutely shocking do not get it you might as well get a different better one in the same price range.

well bascially i got this phone over a year ago now, i liked it at first but to be honest itz a load of rubbish. There is nooo sound at all with video hardly any memory for your songs it doesnt record sound and the camera is pretty bad too sooo i wouldnt bother with this phone cos u can get a better ones these days in the same prince range

this phone is rubbish dont get is theres no sound on the vidios n if yhoo try to get a vidio throuhg blue tooth it takes up the memory and dosent give you the vidio the camra ant good ither the blotooth is sooooo slow it sometimes dosent even ring when people call me you can change the sound to a good message tone and it ant got much memory ither i cant waight to get rid of it !!!

i got vk4000 10months ago and last 2 days it's says please enter sim card when it's allready in and when i press anything it goes to an emergency 999 even when trying to turn off help####

I have just bought this phone, its very much like a good cheap copy of the samsung D600, which i paid about 5 times as much money for 2years ago and dropped in the sea, never to work again. Therefore as a cheaper version of the Samsung I think if the only diference is no sound on the videos, which is my only down fall of the VK4000, then i've got nothing at all to complain about.
Incidently i got all the software, USB, Handsfree, headphones & mobile in one package & bought it sim unlocked, bran new, in spain.

You know this phone it says it has only 32 mb and i accendently added something to my phone which was worth 10mb and it comes under the category other. How can i delete it? PLEASE EMAIL!

well i have 1 and i wudnt buy it if i was u bcoz it doesnt even record sound!!!! and its a bit slow
anyway id buy a diffrnt phone in the same price range..it cant do that much
but its ok
i was happy with it when i first got it but now there is more modern styles
it up 2 u
read about it and its up 2 u if u wnna spend ya money-x
