i have had that any problems with this phone i think im going to give up and get a new one.i took it back 1st time coz it wudnt charge then i took it back coz it did the same again and now it freezes on me all the time. thats no good for emergencys! my rating is 0!!!!!!!!! dont buy this phone!!

ive had this phone for 7 months and it keeps turning itsef off even when it has full battery and resetting the clock its very annoying :(

If you buy this phone, try not to have anything wrong happen with it! xD
I've recently had a major software problem with my VK4000, and it has taken about 1 month or so for Virgin or the Carphone Warehouse to finally send out a replacement phone, after all the problems with they're discontinued, and then they're not etc.
Very good phone though, my replacement arrived this morning, and its fully recond. without a scratch. Great little phone, would be better if the video had sound, but I'm not really bothered. Also, more message sounds would be good. ;)
Very reliable good all round phone. :D

if your phone broken and its still under warrenty phone virgin who you had it off and ask for a replacement thats what i done

Great phone mby my screen is messed up. Its permanantly on the aquarium screensaver, and I can't change it to be a photo or image I have taken, thats not one of the default ones. How do I change this image?!

I bought this phone a couple of months back and it turned out to be one of the worst phones ive ever ad. Rubbish camera, doesnt take jar files and it only takes video files in the .MJB format which ive never heard of!!!. Overall 2 out of 10

have had this phone for 5 month i have also had problems but managed to sort them out i could only get ringtones once i bought a bluetooth dongle for around £15.00 at maplin,then it was easy as pie to do .My battery use to be drained all the time but i put on charge everyday for around 2hrs even if it said full battery & now i only need to charge it as & when its a good little phone or atleast mine is, hope this helps anyone who may be having problems
