i brought a vk4000 couple months ago, i have a micro sd card wid bout 60songs on it when eva i go to listen to music it comes up 'unsupported object' dont know why it also comes up half way through a song i then have to come out of it go back in and try again if not i have to turn off my fone take out the batt, put batt bk in and turn it on again to see if that helps the look of the fone is gd and some of the stuff on there is gd and i also agree with other people that there is a problem with the bluetooth i solve my bluetooth problem by turning fone off then on again normally clears it,i also have a problem with signal i cant get signal in college,shops when i do it only lasts couple mins and its a pain when im tryin to contact my parents to tell them im ok.

well so far it looks like a pretty good phone but I'm seeing that it's not as great as the lady said on youtube.com i mean its sooo cute it pink but alot of people seem to be having problems, and i just want a phone thats not messed up =/

i got this phone 1 week ago its ok holds quite alot of memory with microsd card but im always having to charge x x x :P

I bought the vk4000 almost a year ago and have lots of problems blue-toothing. Today i bought a micro-sd so that i could blue-tooth music from my I-Mac. My I-Mac asked me to enter an 8 digit pass-word...the VK can only enter 4 digits. Does anyone know how to get around this poblem?...And,yes...it does annoy me that when i video my kids there is't any sound!

about video problem...
this doesnt support MPEG.. so this cannot record voice
only support motion-jpeg which is not really video function.

Im just wondering if anyone else has any trouble downloading mp3 ringtones cause ive tried a couple of times and it keeps coming up communication error what am i doing wrong

i got this phone for crimbo and i have never had any problems mine is pink and from argos i can recieve stuff through bluetoothh through sony ericsson phones and other makes and my camera has sik quality and i am not really bothered bout the video recorder not recording sound the phone is good but i am saving up for an new one soon! but i looking for a usb lead for this phone does anyone no where i can get one from. im not sure whether im allowed to post my msn but if i am then please contact me on: sillysam06@hotmail.co.uk if you no where you can buy 1 from and how much it costs!

I got this fone 4 xmas and i am quite disappointed. What's the point of a video that doesn't record sound. Also the battery's terible, always having to charge fone!!!

I've had some trouble because its says there is a 'other' folder but i cant seem to find it HELP! it is a gud fone tho besides wen i drop it dwn the stairs lol eek!

The VK4000 is a great little phone. I have had it for about a year now and its great, never had any problems. You can connect to people on bluetooth perfectly (to search fr devices, try to send something, and then where your paired devices are press 'option' and then new device, its find people great). The video doesnt record sound but i dont mind. I bought a bluetooth dongle and its great and transferring stuff is fine. It takes a while to figure it out though.
I recommend it, and deffinately a good buy!
