VK4000 is a great little phone. Got a USB cable from M-99.co.uk but my computer will not allow me to install as it cannot find the software. Can anybody help.

Katie, you can download a copy of the manual at Virgin mobile site, type in VK in the search critea box and just follow the links.

ive had my vk for about 1 week now its a briliant phone can send all my songs to it using a bluetooth dongle but when i go on to my picture it just frezes and wont let me on anything any body else have dis problem please help.

hi i've had my vk4000 for about 2 weeks now
all is fine except 1 small problem
i have my screensaver all set but occasionally when i slide my phone up the whole screen goes, with a white background then i have to set it all over again
has anyone else had this problem or do you think i got a fault with my phone??

I have just tried my lead, but it doesn't work without the software.
Does anyone know where we can get the software from?
And what's the easiest way to download or get MP3 songs onto the phone?

My Mum recently brought this phone, and had to buy the lead. To get the lead goto www.M-99.co.uk
It was £7.95 (UK Pounds.) and the Delivery was about 99p.

Can someone tell me how to load s 1gb sd card into the phone> I keep getting a message on micro card loaded.Do I need to change something on the phone or do I just push in micro card.

i have had this phone bout a week now and my pictures that i have taken and ppl have sent me wont work on my phone now they did up to a couple of days ago. it just comes up with the aqurium now. has this happened to anybody else? how did you solve it? Please help!

Just to set the record straight I have nothing to do with speedydelivery.co.uk or m-99.co.uk. I have now placed 3 orders, 2 with speeddelivery and 1 with m-99 - first order delivered the next day and the other 2 within 5 days. Have order 2 phone cases, a car charger and a data cable for my wife and my VK4000. All appear to work well - I have read the negitive feeback on google and this did make me a little nervous to place the third order. However, I can only speak from my own experience - they have got VK4000 add-ons and they appear to work and are very cheap. I promise I am not working for these companies or advertising them. Check out the Google feedback and make up your own minds.
