absolute rubbish and they wont give me my money back even tho its an internal software fault!

I have had the the vk530 since christmas and I have had no problems at all with the phone, it is so cute would have been devastated if I had. If you are wanna buy it go for it as it is one of coolest phones around (well I think so an

Well i saw so many bad reviews about this phone that i thought i ought to post a good one! i honestly havnt had any problems but then i wasnt expecting high standards from it! yes the battery life is low but at the end of the day you are paying for a pink, specialised girly phone, not a top of the range technical wizard! if like me you are after a bit of fun and a cute girly phone that can make calls and text then go for it! if you are wanting a phone thats a lot more high tech try a different one!

Thought this phone looked really cool but am now having to send back - the usual problems - losing txts, switching itself off when I try to retrieve them, battery running out really quickly. Hoping new one will have all these sorted!

I really want to buy this phone but now all of you lot ahve been moaning about it saying the camera is a bit crap im now having second thoguths seen and im only 13 but whe i get it IF i do ill be 14 but pleqase can you allll HELP me please ashould i get it or not and if no are there any other niice phones likes this one avalibly that WORK :D

i duno wots goin on wiv these fones, but i just cant read my msgs! it turns itself off everytime i wana go into my inbox. thats the only time it does it. im so annoyed cuz now iv got loadsa msgs and i cant read them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi i think the phone is good but my only problem with it is that i dont no were to download ring tone from i have been on every site i no and still can not get them sent to my phone do you know were i can get them from?

I bought the VK 530 yesterday, and have problems all ready, the handset wont even switch on and it keeps making a weird fizzing noise like it was short cuirciting or sumit. I phoned the vodafone help line and they told me it was MY SIM Card that was the problem (even tho i tried to explain to them that the phone will not switch on whether the sim is in it or not) then when i asked them for the number of the store that i bought it from (even spelt it out to them), she insisted that where I lived didnt exsist, coz she couldnt find it on her computer .... after getting very annoyed and hanging up I then phoned bck and spoke to someone who was very helpful managed to put my town bck on the map ! Gave me the number and assured me that they will exchange it in the shop due to it being faulty !! So fingers crossed the next one is better, but reading about everyone elses problems I am having second thoughts and just thinking of canceling all together before I am tied in for the 18 months .... any advice ???

hey, ive had mine for about 2 months, and i love it!
when i 1st got my 'Spy 21' pic i realised that when its flipped shut... if u hold down the bottom of the volume button on the side, it puts that camera on the front so u can see what the pic looks like before you take it!
its amazing!bit crap pic, and stretches a bit wen u open the fone, but its good enough!
battery life is shockingly short tho...
v good fone tho, and i recommend it!

i think its a great phone except the battery life isnt very long. ive only had it a week and its needed charging everyday, even hen i dont use it alot during the day.

hiya.. ive been readin everybodys messeges.ive had the pink one just under 2 weeks now and i love it!it doesnt do any of the stuff that you've been talkn about so im guessing you jus got the faulty batch =( even tho my camera dus have what one of ya's said "the cob-web effect" thing.. which isnt good! and having to take the grey rubber thing out to charge it is annoyin and i did notice one of my photos had saved by itself as Spy42 which was weird. but otherwise i love it n everyone says my phone is cute!! id recommend people to buy it!!

This fone is the coolest ive eva seen. Me and 2 of my mates have it, and none of us have had any problems. All I can say is, if you've a prob with ur fone, moaning on here won't do any good - take it back A.S.A.P!!!!
Good luck 2 every1 else who wants 2 buy it - its the best fone ive ever seen, It's cute, stylish and best of all, girlie!

yes this fone looks really nice and all , has a camera which i always wanted , but its not worth the money really , i have had it for abt 3 weeks and the piccs are rubbish unless u stand so so still and also setting pics as wallpapers , the scren goes weird , so u have to switch the fone on and off,, i jst hope i will not have trouble with txts like u others have had, will jst say good luck if u buy this fone

i like all u people bought the phone cos it was cute an pink. i've had it about 3 weeks and i keep noticing problems. like sometimes i can't get into my messages, it turns itself off and i'm having problems recieving picture messages from my mates. i find the camera rubbish and can only save about 37 photos at a time. is this just that the phone is rubbish or do you think i ought to take it in and get it replaced. if anyone has any suggestions than please e-mail me, thankssssssss. i hope you all have better luck with yous than i do with mine!!!

my pink vk530 keeps takin pictures wen it is flipped down so it shouldnt even work, and saves them in my photo box as "spy51" etc. i dont no why its doin it and if i should get it seen to, duz any1 no if summits wrong wiv it or if its just a settin and i can change it. also battery is rubbish and msgs dont work sumtimes.

I rang vodafone about my faulty vk530 ( had it two weeks)
They told me that The VK530 is longer available and I have to choose another phone. So those of you who are having no problems with theirs I wish them the best of luck, Its a shame because I really liked the phone.

hi. i got this phone yeterday and i only got it because it was pink the same as most of you. i am starting to think that it was a bad idea because what everyone is saying. i have got insurance so i can take it back if it breaks but i shouldnt have to. does it happen straight away or does it take time to go wrong. pls reply

I don't see why everyone is so mean about the phone. I find mine great! I was sooo happy when I got it and it has been great! I love it!

I have had my VK530 for two weeks (in pink) I was really pleased with it until yesterday when for no apparant reason it wouldnt let me open my messages it just turned the phone off and then back on again ( very annoying) I see a few of you have experienced this, did they fix it or shall i just give up and ask for a different phone.
