awful awful fone...... slow as hell to turn on, slow at texting the numbers take ages to show up, my wudnt charge when im on the fone how stupid is that, and the actual turning on to loading sim card is at least 2 minutes!

The screen is EXTREMELY blurry and unclear! You're better with a Nokia 1100. At least the screen is clearer...
Bluetooth is headset-only. Can't connect to phone or PC, no way to customise phone in any way.
The only good thing is the build quality.

Is it capable of synchronizing with MS Office Outlook (Calendar, contacts, etc)?

Bluetooth on this phone is HEADSET ONLY. When I tried it it wouldn't pair with phones or Pcs, just headsets. No file transfer or anything like that. MMS isn't supported, so no way of changing the backgrounds.
This phone also has the worst quality display I've ever seen, so blurry and just bad. Better off going for a monochrome Nokia like the 1100 as it's clearer to read.

Colour screen unnecessary, because it doesn´t support mms. It has bluetooth but only for hands free...

Bought this phone few days ago. Nice look, fine software (fast). All basic functions included, nothing unnecessary. Battery lasts for 3 full days. A lot for that money (2 rounds of bear). Recommendations!
