I've got this phone. It would be nicer if the screen was larger and if you could have the vibrate function without it being on "Vibrate only" but I didn't find it difficult to use at all when I first got it. If anything, it's an extremely good looking phone for the money you pay and is incredibly simple. It's a good phone if you're using it as a phone, for calling and being called. The internal memory of the phone only has the capacity for a couple of songs and some pictures, but that's easily fixed with a 1GB (the phone won't recognise anything higher) Micro SD, which will hold probably upto 250 mp3s. And as for the volume, do you realise that it gradually gets louder, the longer it rings.
All in all, I think it's a good phone. It does the job, and I've had no problems yet, which can't be said for my previous phone, Sony Ericsson W910i, which cost me about 5 times as much as the Vodafone 527

My wife Bought one these because it looked nice! It is awful, low volume on ring tones, not the easiest of phones to navigate around, the general quality is cheap and my wife will be returning it next week.

I bought this phone on a holiday in Englad in August last year. I loved it at first but now i am kind of hoping that it will break or that someone for some really odd reason would buy it.
As many before me commented you can hardly hear it ringing when your outside. I've lost count on how many calls I have missed because of this. And the phone is soooo slow... and you have to charge it all the time. And I don't even use that much!
The only plus I can think of right now is that it is really cute. I feal bad saying mean stuff about with it lying on the table next to me, I don't want to uppset it.
Just remembered; I would have loved for the screen to be a bit bigger.

its good and cheap but they need to fix the screen it goes a negative colour when your not holding it in the right place so even just glancing on your phone while on a table you will not be able to see the time or anything like that.other wise a good replacment for a phone
