Wi-Fi-enabled Samsung Corby on the way, still unofficial though

The highly successful Samsung S3650 Corby is going to be revamped with a Wi-Fi version. So speaks the S3650W certification papers into the Wi-Fi alliance database.

The S3650 Corby is the latest budget-oriented Samsung phone and it has already shipped in more than 3 million units. Following the S5230 Star steps, which was also awarded with a Wi-Fi upgrade, the youthful Corby most probably will join its older sibling.

Recently a new Samsung S3650W Corby certification papers were spotted on the website of the Wi-Fi alliance. So the Wi-Fi Corby is most probably on its way to mass production. The rest of the specs should remain the same.

There is nothing official yet, but the announcement should be just around the corner.

The ones made in Vietnam are perhaps original if you belong to the Southeast Asian Nations , perhaps. It is the same in the situation of the Samsung Corby WiFi in the Philippines...
