I have had mine for some months now, it is great except that when I call someone they always complain that they can't hear me. This applies if someone else calls from my phone too. I don't know what to do to fix this. Any ideas?

I have had Wind DUO 2200 from October 2007 2 months after i received it wouldn't switch on. I contacted WND customer care number of times before i got a reply. they wouldn't send me out a replacement or except my phone back to get fixed after many months off emailing customer care they sent me a new battery for the phone. Problem now is they never sent me any instructions on how to fit the battery as its solid casing round the phone i have emailed number of times still awaiting a reply. Wouldn't buy one these mobiles again.

Please advise how the duo phone works, ie. does each GSM work independantly, or does a call received from one GSM get forwarded to the other GSM that is active, or are both GSM's active at the same time?

While replying sms, the phone behaves strangely (compared to other phones).. If you are very liberal with the use of the toogle, your sms reply will never be saved. I have post the question to the support team many times but they didnt seem to know what I was talking about. Another thing, with the two sims on the battery runs out very fast.

I succeeded in registering. They ask for a serial nr to register, and i took the serial of the phone, but i needed to fill in the nr of the scratch card.

Hi
I have the phone 2200 now for a week and i like it a lot. There is however a problem connecting to the pc (no connection possible, reason unknown). I also see error 'battery voltage too high' when i connect to the pc (or the mobile charger).
I tried to register myself, but got an error that my scratchcard has no correct number (?). Has anyone a phonenumber or mailadres??

Hi all,
I was planning for the mobile is there any dealer in India where I can purchase the mobile apart from truegsm.com is there a possibility. Also the features of the cell is xcellent but for the fact that the contacts that are provided is less .. can anyone suggest me a Dual sim mobile with unlimited contacts if at all available coz m looking for one.

I bought it in Dubai & using it in Australia. The DUO 2100 was faulty front day one. No reception etc. After contacting the warranty department & waiting 3 months i received an updated phone. They gave me the DUO 2200. One word for that phone . PERFECT. The other phone manufacturers take notice ! Thank you WND
