To get the PC Suite to work:-
* turn on the OT-600 (VM621i) phone
* connect the USB cable to a PC
* the phone offers:
Charging, Webcam, COM port, Mass storage
* select COM port and press left button "OK"
* On the PC, start the Alcatel PC Suite
(get it from www.alcatel-mobilephones.com/uk/)
* the PC Suite will eventually show 'Connected'
* download messages, backup the phonebook etc.

By the way, This phone does have video, but you have to enter a MicroSD card inserted. One of the many reasons I got the card.

but the phone itself is good for calling anyone and if you want to use lud speaker its good

alcatel ot600 and motorola wx395 are same,but the name of the name is diferent.the phone is great for 60e-it has everything-mp3,1.3 camera,microSD.the battery is very strong and the sound is very loud.if you want a cool phone for little money and for everyday work,just buy it!

I bought this phone and it had its memory card, usb cable, headset and charger.... but i need the drivers!!!

I have just bought a Virgin621i/Alacatel OT600 phone. Seems good for the money, except I cannot get it to connect to my PC using an existing mini usb data cable - from my sat nav. Assuming there must be a cable mis-match I started researching which cable to get. Virgin don't know (they were very unimpressive)and I can't find anything on any web sites. Any ideas out there?

i have this phone recently (price 25 euros only with the bluetooth headset inside the box !).My opinion is that for this price is perfect phone.He can accept a
2 FG micro sd memory card ,he can use bluetooth connection for the alcatel pc suite he has everything
except radio.The only thing is that i cannot find any drivers to connect it to pc via usb data cable.
When i connect th cable i have 4 options showed on the phone= storage,webcam ??? !!!,com and chargeing.
does anyone knows how i can use i as webcam ? or how to find the drivers ? thank you all

I have just got this phone, it's ok but qiute slow... you can get a better version from virgin mobile. not sure if i am going to return this one and buy the virgin version?? andy ideas people. a better alcatel phone would be the new touch-screen ALCATEL OT-708 available in blue, grey and green ( i think) for people in the uk you can buy it from tescos £59.97p
