data transfer is possible through bluetooth but only audio formats ans some image formats can be sent. to recieve files go to media and into pics or sounds folder click the trackwheel and select recieve thriugh blootooth and then sent the file from the other device...goodluck

I bought the same model BlackBerry thinking that it had Bluetooth. The only bluetooth that it uses is between a headset. I was just as upset.

I like this SureType keypad better than the other 7130 variants and the 8100 series.
Not laggy like the newer BlackBerry (8xxx series) Great smartphone.

This is a fantastic phone, the best I've owned. Very fast OS, great keyboard with SureType I can type faster than on a full qwerty keyboard, and one handed operation is a plus. Terrific large, colorful, screen with adjustable font size. This is the best of both worlds, the legendary BB interface and push email, in the shape of a regular cell phone, light and very easy to use with great battery life.
