I have a Blackberry 7290. It recently stopped working but shows this sign all the time, "Device Error:322 Reset" What do I do?

Dear Sir,
I Have Black Berry 7290. the phone is not getting charged. I have checked the charger , it is ok.
I want to know how to switch on the phone and all the key informations.
I have the CD received when I purchased the phone but the CD has details of Black Berry 101.
