hey guys. i av a bb 9780 and it works well no prob so far been using it for a month now. can anyone recomend a good free sports app that give international sports updates?

> In reply to niaz memon @ 2012-05-27 17:12 from PAmi - click to readwel it could be repaired if as soon as u took it out of the water u removed the battery disassemble the phone and allow it to dry properly (NB.if allowed to shut down by itself then u av a real prob). i would recommend that after removing the batter u take it to a repair shop, there they will blow it dry and whatever else they do best.

a fren of mine wife's phone fell in the toilet after finish urinating and she took it fro the toilet and washed it in the facebasin. LOL thats for real! DONT TRY THAT AT HOME!!

I've blackberrybold9780, it fell into water and became dead. could it be repaired?

by far this is the best experience you could get on blackberry platform...
the only drawback is a bit limited memory...

the battery significantly improved compared to 8520
stuttering keypad is old problem, fixed by installing newer OS
signal reception and battery life vary by OS version, which lead the usage of hybrid OS (combining different java platform and sfi)

this device is very stable, unlikely to crash, though low memory will slow it down

I am using BlackBerry 9780 from last 6 months & i can say tht i am BlackBerry boy, this is my first BlackBerry phone & i am really happy wth my Blackberry 9780 the battery backup is better then nokia N8 actually all features available in phn are really nice.

I bought BB 9780 month ago. I have a problem when I made call-in, the phone automatically disconected after 1 minute. I try change the setting at call management. But the problem still occur. How to solve this problem? Can anyone help?

Ofcourse the blackberry 9780 is better at battery life,the 9790 has a bigger cpu which preety much draines the battery more.

At elle,
Compared to the 9780, yes the 9360 doesn't have the battery which would satisfy a hard user.rim equippped 9360 with a 1000mah which is 50% lower then 9780.also their are people who complain they overheat.I don't have any comment to that

Hi guys i am having a problem with my bb9780. the screen is showing white and nothing else. i was told that it has liquid damage and could not be repaired but i was again told to look at the phone in the battery area in the top left corner to see if the strip was red and if it was then it cant be repaired.they tell me that they would not repair it as it might be a result of humidity from my palm i have looked at it ant it is white meaning it is not liquid damage. please any advise would really help:)

If your a chatting person,go for 9780 it has a better battery life trust me,but the 9360 is the latest which has the latest os.its a tough call
