First,u must ave a bb pin(contact ur phone operator 4 dat),proceed 2 ave contact on ur bb messenger(if u ave on ur bb,if not go to bb app world).With all this in place and u ave mtn bb data plan,u are good to ping.Hope dis little steps work.
