Am failing to access Data Connection ,when i scroll i cannot select data under communication manager

dont buy if you receive regular messages battery life not good so pls dont buy u will b sorry nice 2 look at

it is dash upgrade with faster processor and 400mhz processor. it has office mobile and blackberry connect
