please help me my i mate u 8150 was fine until yesterday but now its not turning on. when i switch it on only displays the imate logo and doesnt load any further.....please help

pls help me out. my i-mate's battery drains so fast, like 2-3 hours on continued use. the phone sometimes overheats while hanging on my belt and on the go. as a result, i quitted using it and purchased another phone (Samsung JET) instead. i've been trying to contact i-mate through their customer support before but no response from them was received. by the way, i got the phone from saudi arabia last may 2008 as a gift. i am currently located in the Philippines. pls help me out so that i can still use the phone.

i am using for 2 years and it is awesome no issues regarding voice or anything . imate 8150 rocks no it much better than any nokia phone .

hello i-mate fellows and Masters!

I am using i-mate Ultimate 8150 since last 1 year, but now I wanted to hard reset my phone due to slow performance. but still I have a problem in Screen Alignment when I format my phone and It cannot go farward whenever I complete this screen alignment accurately. the screen alignment is not going correctly.
I want to skip this section (align screen) to format and to reach the today screen. please, help me. and tell me from which site I can download the "MSP remote alignment" show its full link and how can I use it for my phone. I am waiting for your kind response (help).

My Imate 8150 battery is only lasting a few hours now. I have been using the phone for around 2 years. If I want to purchase a new battery I need to know the Indian dealer particularly in CHENNAI.

Can you provide me the address and contact number of the Chennai(INdia) dealer/outlet/service provider please.

i have ultimate 8150. i have problem with my set.so i reboot my set with factory restoring option. but during software installing process before installing all the softwares the itself going on restarted. due to this there no setting tab in start menu. so i can do nothing. so please give some instruction to solve problem.
