> In reply to s33 @ 2010-08-19 07:46 from vLyM - click to readI'm not familiar with how electronics works. Though next time if your TV's remote control runs out of batteries, take out the batteries and re-insert them into the remote again, and you may get some power to last a few more days.
Same goes with most other electronics that require batteries. Though jump from 20% back to 40% is a bit...

> In reply to s33 @ 2010-08-19 03:15 from vLyM - click to readWhen you turn off the phone, the phone should kill some of the applications running in the background.
E.g., before you shutdown you might have the internet broswer open. After you shutdown, and if you let it idle, the phone would not turn on the browser automatically.

So check the setup/ Go to setting. click Wireless & & Network .Then click Mobile network at lowest on screen. UNCHECK use only 2G network. Then you can go on 3G. If you are in 3G area and you want to save battery, then check use only 2G only again to save battery/ you also can use Wi Fi ENJOY

Dear Sir,
I have bought Motorola Milestone 2.1 version at Dubai International Airport. After receiving the handset
I am not able to access 3G facility from BSNL, India. BSNL company says, this handset is not having 3g facility.
Though it shows BSNL mobile, it does not show the places where I am travelling. (Formerly i was using Sony Ericson which had the facility of 3G and the places where I am travelling.
Kindly tell me how to access these facilities in India and that too from BSNL
