totally worst phone i ever seen
Bad display quality

Hard keypad dsnt work properly
Want to type a sms in emergency???? Just say good bye to this phone
Poor battery back-up
Want to surf GPRS??? Let it allow to connect n go to sleep without worry....get up in the morning n u'll c dt it still connecting
Charger is ridiculous...not ever charged properly
only 1 thing is good, dts crystal talk technology

I bought the w270 for my son. The first thing I noticed was the charger that came with the phone does not charge correctly. It seems to charge to a point and then discharge the battery. I downloaded the USB charger driver to my PC like it says in the manual and it charges like it is supposed to. Problem is, that the PC has to be on while it's charging. I also have a universal USB charger on one of those car 12VAC/110AC inverters that you can buy at the auto supply. It also works. I took the charger back and they replaced it. It does the same thing as the original. My conclusion is that Motorola has shipped a bunch of chargers that don't work with that phone, or they are all defective (wrong engineering ?).

the most ghati fone i have ever seen in my life better be without a fone then buy this fone ever...i dont even mess my frndz due to fckall buttons...poor messeging...and the worst of everythg the battery..showin 940 mah but its not even 50 mah after sumtym..did a mistake 2 years back and still repenting..beteer go for a high cost nokia fone then repentin later buyin a ghati fone ...

I think the motorola w270 is the worst phone I have seen my life.
First 12 months, the phone did well and the battery backup is quite well (1.5-2day of standby time & alongwith 2.5 hrs talktime in 1 full charge),
but when the phone got 14 month old, the battery went in hell. Then I have to charge the phone twice a day for just 30min to 1hr of talktime. The battery backup was so low, I have to charge 4 times in a day.
My only problem with that phone is that the old battery(1.5yr old), non-user frndly switches & menu. Msg typing so so so bad, that in msging there is no "enter" key and I hav to wait a long period for retyping with one key (such like after writing A i hav to wait a long time to type B), the memory card only understands Music And Picture Folder Contents.

we can say in simple words
w270, w230- failure analysis model. i.e always gives new kind of problem

it is a very good phone i have it almost for 2 years and till now it has not given any problem except some messaging problem.

my showing memory full .. i cant write the sms... when i go to create setting that is display capacity full

Good Phone without keypad.Music & FM josss......Talktime is also jossss.I m happy with this cute phone.
