The phone is damn slow! It can't catch up with my SMS typing, I have to wait for the menus to fill the screen. It's too slow to be useful. Is NEC going to come up with a revised firmware or address this issue? I am just about to switch back to my Nokia 6230.

imode was invented in 1997, this phone has ok software but bad hardware design, nec still have a long way to go

Why can't I use some of the MIDI files for the ringtones? Isn't this supposed to take up to 72 polyphonic tones?

i mode function very useful
Stable 3G function
Nice Main LCD
Small phone(3G)
Mp3 Playback is nice
Normal earphone can be use(SE W800i)

Cons
Slow interface
Not so user friendly
Camera abit suck
Hate Transflash card
No hotslot for mem card

No, u are not the 1st one. I'm the 2nd one here. Haven't use both phone and the i-mode service yet. So what's the bad part abt this phone ? How's the bluetooth ?
