DRAWBACKS, FLAWS & TECHNICAL FAULTS of Nokia 5030

* Very bad & dreadful Keypad's buttons setting that interrupts to type a fluent text message.
* The sound of the Ringtones are not so loud, particularly the composed tones are very low.
* Absence of SMS storage meter, so the users can't detect & watch the numbers of stored messages inside the Inbox, Sent & Drafts items folder, either in Phone memory or a SIM memory.
* Assigned numerical values for the Contents of Menu & sub menus are missing. For example if any end user does press 1 or 2 or 3 & 8 or 9 after pressing the menu key, could not browse the desire location directly.
* The back light timing is required in form of Time duration (I.e. mm:ss) neither in the pattern of (Normal, Extended, Off) time periods.
* User can fix the Time tracker only above than 30 seconds not less than 29 seconds.
* The lack of Exchangeable cover casing of Nokia-5030 is really a huge missing.

I brought this cell last just few days back. its a gud back up cell, the hilight is it has a internal atnenna for fm so u do need ur headset to listen FM.The menu & other apps r taken from old nokia well know cell like 1600,1100 types. 4 mp3 tunes r there rest all r monotunes. similes, pic messages same in 1100. rear cover is every tight will not open every easily u have to use force to open it. comes in red & black also. I took black it was better than red.

i just bought this unit to a tipidcp. ok . the problem is the keypad so hard to text you need to use your nail to press well.

There is no voice recording, otherwise everything is fine. Keypad is OK provided one use his finger 90-digree vertically.

worst key pad i used. very difficult to type sms and do anything in that. if i press one key sometime two keys get pressed. i bought this mobile last week. planning to change it soon

(built in fm antena) nice work nokia,finally i dont have to carry my annoying earphones which barely lasts 3 months.gprs,mp3 and cardslot would b highly appreciated.the battery life is outstanding even when u extensively listen to the radio.The only let down is the keypad but when you hear the fm radio you will forget the keypad.
overall BEST CHEAP MOBILE PHONE.

In Nokia website's specifications of this phone, audio/voice recording is mentioned. I didn't see any such facility in this phone. Anybody would comment ?
