Those who are having problem just use nokia software updater or ovi suite and re-install firmware
there is no setting on video call call ur operator for start 3G service on ur number

I have it since September 2009,
from the start the unit was keep on hanging
when I used the video. Picture was blared
if shot in the dark.
sound was not as good with the express music touch screen. but I loved it. The unit is friendly user.

I have been using the phone since December 2009. I love the phone but the parts not readly available in my country Nigeria. Although sometimes when i am playing Video and the phone is hot it restarts
