If I can buy lifetime nav license for my 5800XM that's would be interesting. No way I would change my phone with this edition. There are many other alternative GPS software for my phone: Garmin, NDrive (nice gui), Sygic, route66, gmaps.

Slaam to all, i have purachased 5800 16 of august and there was a diffect in phone then 19 of august i have replaced that phone and got another one but the second one also has the same diffect 20 of august i have gone again to shop and i have tried three other mobiles 5800 and everyone has the same diffect in display.. then they have given my money back to me and today this mobile has released i am little confused what to buy but i will prefer 5800 xm becoz i liked 5800 xm but i did not able to use for a long period but in these coming days i am going to buy another 5800 xm from another shop but there this mobile has a high cost.. 279€

It looks like a 5530 and a 5800 XM, combined altogether. xD

Also, it comes with a better processer than the old one+a free navigation licence.

salam to all
its totally crazy to announce nokia 5800 navigation edition
instead of announcing, they should provide nokia 5800 software update so that u can easily switch over to navigation edition
nokia gonna rock us
well
on the other hand. if it has same price, doesnt matter we r gonna buy 5800 xm or 5800 navigation edition
i collected money 4 5800 xm
n nokia introduced 5800 navi edi
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh?
release it as sooon as nokia can
remember change of price would not b acceptable???

for me as new user for nokia , "Nokia 5800 XM navigation addition" reacheded to my ambition in mobile phones comapraing with "Nokia 5800 XM"
but i think it expensive than expected comparing with
"Nokia 5800 XM".

I see a lot of savings coming one's way if one is a serious GPS navigation user. The regular 5800 XM does not provide free navigation license. You got to pay 40 euros every year. However I fail to understand why a serious navigation phone from nokia does not include the digital compass...!

yeap looks almost the same as the 5800xm...the border looks more flat and not so round like the 5800xm and the coloured line in the middle also dissapeared. from these pics it look like the back starting from the border is matte...
