Battery, my ass (NOT good, worst then 6120c).
Video NOT good.
Camera button(by side) NOT good.(because right handed people whoes holding the phone in right hand, that button makes noise...)

guys i just bought one 6720 clasic. but i donr feel so satisfied with the hearing quality when i speak. i hear a small noise in the telephone when its is close to my ear. did you notice any problem with audio quality. please anyone reply

i like the mobile nokia 6720c very much. it has very good features. not only the features also the style i liked. i compared this mobile with other mobiles. its specifications are better than other mobiles.

everything is perfect but ram is too low quality .it has 45 MB ram.it should had 128 MB ram

I support a large department of over 7500 individuals all using mobile phones. We changed to this handset as the standard handset for our staff and easily one in three is dead on arrival and completely useless. This is due to a faulty LP on the main PCB. This has been an ongoing issue for several months and have been provided with no explanation as to why so many units are faulty. I would not recommend this handset under any circumstances.

I have this phone form more than 1 year.
It is an excellent phone, if you want a phone, not a super extra multimedia (Windows) device. It is just a phone and it is reall working.

I'm an owner of this mobile unit and I tell you that the specs and performance are really reliable. the only problem with it is that the side part is a soft plastic. It' build quality is questioned because of that, but overall, it's excellent. . :-)

By Lord! It's such a splendid phone by simply seeing it's specifications. I'm not interested if it has Wifi or not. But guys can you tell me it's pros and cons.
What problems have you encountered with this cellphone?

Actually i'm planning to buy this phone so need your guidance. but please don't tell those problems that resulted because of some of your mistake.

finding contacts is useless, I press B for what I expect will be a list of all my contacts starting with B (which is how most phones work) and it gives me every contact that has a B somewhere in the name, now I am forced to type in two, sometimes three, characters to get narrow the search down - 3 extra key presses, not happy Jan

I got a nokia 6720 since last month, and after 3 days of use it would turn off out of no where and i would have to turn it back on and wait for it to load. it turns off at least 2-3 times everyday and am getting really fed up with it. it was brand new when i got it but i dont know what the problem is. if i hold it and shake it back and forth in the air without it falling and dropping it would stuff shut off. i wouldnt recommend this phone to anyone, since im not the only person with this problem, because all the people i know with this phone has the same problem.

Very good set, as i m currently using it, battery time is superb. Front camera is VGA. No matter what the dark place is there, Duel Flash with 5MP Carl Zeiss provide you wonderful result in night.

Im using this for 9 months. Actually it's a good mobile phone with lots of features. If you wanna listen to music with this phone, use Nokia's WH-701 handsfree. It'll give good quality.

I am looking at buying the Nokia 6720 classic. Read the reviews and so many bad ones that now I'm not sure. I've always had Nokias (cheap ones) and have never had any probs with them; they worked fine and I could paired them with my gps.
I have a Garmin Nuvi 760 GPS, can anyone tell me if it works well with that phone pls. The trouble is that with that GPS, Nokia seems to be the only brand that works well. We have tried other phones brands and they wouldn't work at all or not well.

i am using nokia 6720c since last 8 months but now it often hangs during use and then i need to remove battery and insert again after 5 to ten minuites and it starts again .my problem can be solved?
