I have being using this phone for the past four month. But the phone is not all
1. All type of video formate that it plays
2. When you are browsing with software one cannot copy a text from his phone interphase and pest it in the software he is browsing with and vise versa which others do
3. Also is not playing wallpaper animation. I.e animated wallpaper is notplaying
4. One cannot creat a new folder inside another folder but only in the root folder.
5. The phone is slow the moment you change the grib menu display.
6. Low sound quatity.the sound is not that loud.

I have been using this phone for 2months and have been using the USB but after sometime the cable refuse to connect whenever it is connected to a device. Pls what do i do.

Most of the time when I receive a call it doesn't show the person's name even if they are on my phonebook.please help. I've also check if I don't have the same entry twice but still.

u have recorded an entry twice that s why it cant show any of them and it shows just the no. simply delete one of them and it s over

phone is very great to me no proble falling down and still strong to use.clear camera and good for browsing

Did not think it was possible to get such a terrible phone on the market today. Been using mine for two months now and it is heading for the dustbin! My main gripe is that the profiles allow minimal customization (e.g. it either vibrates for EVERYTHING or NOTHING) and navigation is somewhat cumbersome.

o.s is laggy and slow thru the menus.. aweful design for file browsing and music player

Hay guys, I'm currently using a samsung star. I wanted to buy a new touchscreen phone with a qwerty but they are very expensive so I thought that I could buy this slide and keep my star or I could sell my star and buy an expensive one. But my samsung would not be sold at a respectable price. Please give me a suggestion... Thanks a lot!

It also doesnt ring half the time even though its not on silent. its annoying me so im going to take it back to the store tomorrow and see what they say!
