I have bought this mobile to use along with my Blackberry 8520, does the job of an additional phone perfectly.
Nothing extra ordinary , but everything is good enough if not bad. But the screen visibility in sunlight is bad, is not even good indoors. other than that good mobile. Tap for time is of no good use.

While delecting the the phone number it is getting switch off and not delecting the number what is the problem.

just try to use it outdoor to capture colourful photos from the the nature like trees, sky, mountains etc and you will see how the photos are amazing as a 2 MP Camera.
Also video recording is good. there is not many frame drops like other high MPs phone Cameras!! thats true.
on the other hand, I hate the slow performance when I'm writing the letters in search field in Names (slow letters changing). I wounder if this problem is common with all nokia 7020 owners or happened with me only?

I really liked this brand new nokia 7020 fold . The internal memory , Camera , WAP Browsing , e-mail, all available in awsome way and more than that ....

Very bad battery.Cant use it for one halfday.Battery Backup while using GPRS is less than a hour. Also Sound is very poor. It is a not worthy for money

Why all clamshell phones are flop these days? Nokia released 3 clamshell, 2720 but no memory card slot, 7020 and 3710 have lot of basic problems. There are no flip phones from Sony ericsson since long time. I am disappointed with all mobile handset manufacturers.

I get a call,before I recieve that call it would be a missed call.sometimes unknowingly without any ring tone alert calls would be in recieved call history.Sms ringtone continues though i finish reading the sms.

This phone has really got a lot of problems:
1- the software is like really terrible
2-if u get more than one unanswered call from the same number u can only know the time of the last one,,as there's no " time of call" option
3-when texting they cancelled the features of " insert contact" and "insert number"
4-me and others who bought had the problem of not displaying the name even when it is saved in the memory !!!
5- adjusting the alarm is not really easy
6-the sound quality is not good at all
7-the graphics design is really not nice,,,specially the big awful clock
Overall i dont recommend this phone to anybody !!

Bought it on last week after using it one week here are my experiences
Disadvantages:
1) Dull display
2) Poor camera
3) Low speaker volume
4) Bluetooth problem
5) Average Battery life
6) Poor design
7) Very low voice
8) Hefty price
Advantages:
1) Nice keypad
2) Good secondary display
3) Tap for timing
Guys overall this phone is not worth for money dont even think to buy this phone Go for 7230 its value for money.
