there you can find auto reject activation on or off and also reject list number you can delete from there ....

it is a grt value 4 money in all respect with basic features, its fm radio with in-built antena is very comfortable & handy......

Its an awesome phone,, with great battery life of minimum 4days,,,..

Solution for Service message tone:
-> wen sending message immediatly aftr pressing SEND press CANCEL button,, SAVE->NO (tiz doesnt sort out the problm totally but u cant avoid the service reply to an extent)

I needed an affordable phone to use after I lost my nokia e63 and this phone proved to be very promising. For the price P999 ($20+), I have this handy phone that allows me to send messages, call my contacts (with good voice quality) and have the luxury of having a calendar, converter, stoplight, and flash light in one.

For those features, I would have spent at lest P1500 for a regular nokia phone with the same features.

Much more, it doesn't look very fancy which makes you safe from thieves.

What I like about it are the added features such as:
> fake call (press arrow down)
> adding numbers in reject list
> protecting messages
> providing additional privacy (i can modify my phone to ask for a password if someone tries to access my contacts, notes and messages).

I love this phone and it has been worth every peso spent.

Cons:
I accidentally placed someone in reject list and it doesnt have the functionality to remove the person from it. i'm still discovering how it works and once i figure it out, im posting it here :)

Not vulnerable to moderate impacts, quite tough. No scratches etc after a year of use.

Pros:
>Very good battery
>Durable chassis
>Samsung menu is as usual handy
>Strong reception of radio with headset on
>overall apperance is good.

Cons:
>sound quality is below average if not the worst (this is what makes long battery life possible I think)
>volume of radio is quite high even at level 1.
>alarm doesn't function when phone is off.

Hope these comments help you know better about this product. Except incoming sound quality I'm happy with it.

Hi All,
My review.
General:
Very useful handset with radio and earphone with 7+ days battery life. Even 14 days is achievable with min use. Keypad is good if a little bit on the soft side. No MP3 ringtone. I haven't experienced switching problem because I delete my SMS message from time to time. 200+ messages make E1160 definitely slower.Fake call, blacklist/rejectlist, torch light features are present. No auto update of time or call conference option. Ringtone volume is sufficiently high.

It is overall a cheap but quality handset, I bought it recently but the incoming and outgoing call sound is error some, some words flattered. Can anyone tell me is that is case with anyone or how can I solve the problem.

Best phone I have ever come accross. I am really impressed by the battery backup. I haven't charged the phone for the last 7 days. Expecting it will go for two more days. I am using the wireless radio also. The only thing I hate is very bad ringtones. The hindi song ringtones are very bad. The manufacturer in India should have put in bollyhood hits suitable for ringtones.

When my inbox msgs are around 250, my phone gets hanged and the only way i can get it back normal is by deleting all the msgs..... Is there any other alternative?? Pls let me know
